Dashboard

The dashboard is the page you land on after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance view of the most important numbers across your organization.

KPI Widgets

Five tiles are shown across the top of the page. Each tile updates whenever you reload the dashboard.

Stock Value

The total recorded value of available inventory across all your warehouses, in your organization’s default currency. Only stock marked Available is counted — quarantined, damaged, expired, and reserved stock is excluded. If a stock entry was costed in a different currency, it is left out of the total.

Open POs

The number of purchase orders that are still progressing — approved, sent, confirmed, or partially received. The sub-line shows the combined value of those POs in your default currency. Cancelled, closed, draft, and completed orders are not counted.

Overdue Invoices

How many of your sales invoices are past their due date and still unpaid. The sub-line shows the total amount due across all of them. An invoice is counted as overdue when its status is Overdue, or when it is Sent or Partially Paid with a due date in the past and a remaining balance.

Low Stock

How many products are at or below their reorder point. This compares each enabled low-stock alert against the current available quantity in the matching warehouse. If you have not configured any alerts, this will read 0 even when stock is low.

Sales Pipeline

How many sales quotations are still in play — drafts and sent quotations that have not yet been accepted, rejected, expired, converted, or cancelled. The sub-line shows the combined value of those quotations.

Warehouse Map

Below the KPIs, the warehouse map shows your warehouses as cards. Click a warehouse to drill into its zones and locations.

Tips

  • The dashboard reflects your currently selected organization. Switching organizations from the header reloads all five widgets.
  • Numbers update on a fresh page load. Use the browser refresh after a large operation (a new PO, payments collected, stock adjustments) to see the latest values.
  • If a widget fails to load (for example because of a temporary network issue), only that tile shows the error — the others continue to work.
