Signing Up
A user account is your personal identity across all of Beelocity. It holds your login credentials and profile information, and is completely separate from any organization you belong to. One account can be a member of many organizations, each with different roles and permissions — so you never need multiple accounts.
Creating Your Account
- Open the Beelocity sign-up page.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Username — a unique handle that identifies you across the platform. Choose something recognizable (e.g., your name or initials). Usernames are unique — no two users can have the same one.
- Email — your email address. This is used for verification, password recovery, and receiving invitations. Make sure to use an address you have access to.
- Full name — your display name, shown to other members in your organizations.
- Password — choose a strong password to secure your account.
- Complete the verification challenge and submit the form.
Email Verification
After signing up, you will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Click the link in the email to confirm your account. You cannot sign in until your email is verified.
If you do not see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address during sign-up.
Once verified, you will be redirected to the sign-in page. Sign in with your username (or email) and password.
After Signing In
Once you sign in, Beelocity takes you to the Choose Organization page instead of the dashboard — you need to pick which workspace to work in before you can open any feature.
A personal organization is automatically created for you the moment you sign up, named after you and with you as its owner. It always shows up as a tile on the Choose Organization page so you have somewhere to land on your very first sign-in — no manual setup needed.
What you see there depends on your situation:
- Brand-new user — your personal organization tile is waiting for you. Click it to drop straight into its dashboard and start exploring. You can rename it later from the Organizations page.
- You belong to other organizations as well — every organization you own or have been invited to appears as a tile. Click one to jump into its dashboard. Your choice is remembered, so next time you can switch from the user avatar menu in the top corner.
- You have pending invitations — any organization that has invited you is listed at the top with Accept and Decline buttons. Accepting immediately adds the organization to your tiles.
You can also create a new organization at any time from the Choose Organization page by clicking the New organization tile.
Forgot Your Password
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions in the reset email to choose a new password.
