The Treasury module manages your organization’s money — the bank, cash, postal (CCP), and electronic-wallet accounts you hold, and the balances on each of them. It gives you one place to see how much cash you have, in which accounts, and in which currencies.

Key Features

  • Bank & Cash Accounts — Register every fund-holding facility your organization uses: bank current accounts, petty-cash registers, Algérie Poste CCP accounts, and electronic wallets. Each account tracks its own running balance, currency, bank details (RIB, IBAN, SWIFT), and lifecycle status.
  • The Cash Ledger — A complete, date-ordered record of every confirmed money movement across all your accounts, with a running balance on each row. It is the single source of truth behind every balance, and where you post corrections.
  • Payment Methods — Your catalog of “ways money moves” — cash, bank transfer, cheque, bill of exchange, card, CCP mandate, and so on. Each receipt and payment picks one, and the method decides how that money behaves.
  • Receipts & Payments — Record money received from customers and paid to suppliers, settle a receipt against several invoices at once (with discounts and on-account credit), and confirm it to post the cash and update the invoices automatically.
  • Internal Transfers — Move money between your own accounts — a bank-to-bank sweep, a cash withdrawal into the till, or topping up a CCP — with the in-transit gap handled for you and an optional bank fee.
  • Cheques & Bills of Exchange — Track the negotiable instruments your business uses on paper: cheques, bills of exchange (bills of exchange), and promissory notes, whether you received them from a customer or issued them to a supplier. Lodge received instruments with the bank, follow them to clearing, and handle bounces, endorsements, and stop-payments.
  • Deposit Slips — Assemble batches of received cheques and bills of exchange into a deposit slip (deposit slip), submit it to the bank for collection or discount, and credit it when the bank confirms which instruments were paid.
  • Bank Reconciliation — Import each bank statement and match its lines against your cash ledger — automatically or by hand — until the bank’s closing balance agrees with your own to the dinar, then lock the period.
  • Cash Position & Forecast — See how much cash you hold right now, broken down by account and by currency, and project expected money in and out over a horizon you choose so you can spot a cash shortfall before it happens.
  • Recurring Cash Items — Record regular, predictable movements that aren’t tied to an invoice or cheque — payroll, rent, loan instalments — so the forecast can project them automatically.
  • Treasury Reports — See your collections, instrument, and reconciliation health at a glance: how fast customers pay (DSO), the age of what you’re owed, when cheques and bills of exchange mature, how quickly deposits clear, how much cash is sitting unallocated, and how completely your books are reconciled.

How Balances Work

You never type an account’s balance in by hand. When you first add an account, you record its opening balance — the amount it already held that day — and Beelocity uses it as the account’s starting point. From then on, every receipt, payment, and transfer you record updates the balance automatically, so what you see always reflects your recorded movements. Every one of those movements is recorded as a row in the Cash Ledger.

You can access the Treasury module from the sidebar under Treasury:
