User Accounts Management
This document provides a comprehensive guide to managing user accounts within the Beelocity platform. It covers how to locate user accounts, create new accounts, update existing account details, delete accounts, and visit individual user account pages.
To locate and manage user accounts in Beelocity, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the Beelocity interface.
- Locate and click on Identity and Access to expand the menu.
- Select the User Accounts sub-item to access the User Accounts management page.
This page serves as the central hub for viewing, creating, updating, deleting, and visiting user account records.
Creating a User Account
To add a new user account to the Beelocity platform:

On the User Accounts page, click the Add button, typically located at the top-right corner of the interface.

You will be redirected to a new page with a form to enter user account details.

Fill in the required fields:
- Username: Enter a unique username for the user.
- Email: Provide a valid email address for the user.
- Name: Enter the full name of the user.
- Password: Create a password that meets the following security requirements:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least 1 number.
- At least 1 uppercase letter.
- At least 1 lowercase letter.
- At least 1 special character (!@.?).
- Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm it matches.
You can also click the Generate button next to the password field to automatically generate a secure password that meets all requirements.

Verify that all entered information is accurate and that the password meets the security requirements.

Click Submit to create the user account. The new account will now appear in the User Accounts data table.
Updating a User Account
To modify existing user account information:
- Navigate to the User Accounts page via the Identity and Access menu in the sidebar.
- Locate the data table displaying all user accounts.
- Identify the user account you wish to update and click on the Name cell of the corresponding row to edit the user’s name.
- Make the necessary changes directly in the cell.
- Press Enter to save the updates. The table will reflect the modified information immediately.
Note: Passwords cannot be updated directly in the data table. To reset or change a password, use the appropriate password reset functionality, ensuring the new password adheres to the security requirements listed above.
Visiting a User Account Page
To view detailed information about a specific user account:
- Navigate to the User Accounts page via the Identity and Access menu in the sidebar.
- Locate the data table displaying all user accounts.
- Identify the user account you wish to visit and click on the ID cell of the corresponding row.
- You will be redirected to the detailed user account page, which provides comprehensive information about the selected user account.
Deleting a User Account
To remove a user account from the Beelocity platform:
- Access the User Accounts page through the Identity and Access menu in the sidebar.
- In the data table, locate the user account you wish to delete.
- Select the user account by clicking the corresponding row or checkbox.
- Click the Delete button, typically found at the top of the table or within a context menu.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted to permanently remove the user account from the system.
Warning: Deleting a user account is irreversible. Ensure that the account is no longer needed before proceeding.
Best Practices
- Secure Passwords: Ensure all passwords meet the security requirements to enhance account security.
- Regularly Review User Accounts: Periodically check the User Accounts page to ensure all records are up-to-date and relevant.
- Use Unique Identifiers: Choose unique usernames and valid email addresses to avoid conflicts and ensure accurate user identification.
- Confirm Deletions: Double-check before deleting a user account to prevent accidental loss of important data.
- Access Control: Ensure that only authorized users have permissions to create, update, or delete user accounts to maintain data integrity.
