Identity and Access Management

Beelocity’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) system provides a streamlined and secure framework for managing organizational access. Accessible through the Identity and Access sidebar menu, it enables administrators to efficiently handle companies, user accounts, roles, and memberships, ensuring users have appropriate access to resources based on their roles within specific companies.

The IAM system is organized around four key components: Companies, User Accounts, Roles, and User Memberships. Companies and user accounts form the foundation, allowing administrators to define organizational entities and user profiles. Roles, managed within each company, specify permissions, while memberships link users to companies, assigning job titles and one or more roles to define their responsibilities.

This interconnected structure supports flexible access control, allowing users to be associated with multiple companies while maintaining clear, company-specific roles. Administrators can create, update, and delete records for each component, ensuring a secure and organized approach to managing access across the platform.
